Conflicting reports emerge after 10 soldiers killed in jihadist attack in San, Mali
At least 10 soldiers were killed on Sunday in San, central Mali, during an attack on a Malian army camp. The attack was claimed by the JNIM Group for the Support of Islam and Muslims jihadists, according to security and local sources. A security source stated the camp was "temporarily occupied" by assailants, with a provisional toll of "around 10 soldiers killed." A local source also confirmed losses among the armed forces but did not specify the exact number.
