Prime Minister Ousmane Sonko details his declared assets
Prime Minister Ousmane Sonko provided details on his assets declared to the National Office for the Fight Against Fraud and Corruption OFNAC on Sunday evening. Speaking on Walf TV, he stated he has nothing to hide and would not oppose the public release of his assets if OFNAC were legally authorized to do so. Sonko explained that his declared assets primarily consist of his salary, a house in Cit茅 Keur Gorgui, and two vehicles. He clarified that the house was a gift to his family. These statements come amidst heightened public interest in asset declarations by public officials, driven by discussions on transparency and accountability in Senegal.
