NDC National Chairman Johnson Asiedu Nketiah comments on Electoral Commission Chairperson Jean Mensa after deputies' departures

The Chief Justice, Paul Baffoe-Bonnie, had determined that no prima facie case was established in the ten petitions submitted to the President. The removal process for the EC Chairperson and deputies, who have similar conditions of service to superior court justices, is governed by Article 146 of the 1992 Constitution, requiring a Chief Justice assessment for a prima facie case before further investigation.
