Ismaïla Sarr's exceptional season at Crystal Palace attracts Manchester United's interest

Manchester United has reportedly begun discussions with the Senegalese international's representatives for a potential transfer this summer. Crystal Palace, however, is not expected to easily part with their top scorer. Sarr had an exceptional season, scoring four goals for Senegal in the World Cup and finishing as Crystal Palace's top scorer with 21 goals across all competitions.

He also excelled in the Conference League, being named best player and top scorer with nine goals, contributing significantly to Crystal Palace's victory. At 28, Manchester United's interest is a logical progression for Sarr, who has established himself among Africa's top attackers. This move could offer him the chance to play in the Champions League for the first time.

Crystal Palace will likely be reluctant to release their key player, who remains under contract for three more seasons.
