Church of Pentecost lauded for aiding Ghanaians fleeing South Africa attacks

The Minister stated that the church's intervention was crucial in protecting the Ghanaians, providing free accommodation, clothing, and food for more than two months while they awaited government assistance. The government has since repatriated over 1,600 Ghanaians, with more evacuations planned. The Chairman of The Church of Pentecost, Apostle Eric Kwabena Nyamekye, advocated for increased collaboration between the church and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to support Ghanaians in crisis abroad, especially in countries without a Ghanaian foreign mission.
