Unemployed graduates announce open sit-in in Tunis after Kasbah tensions

The day began with a demonstration at the government square, organized by the Union of Unemployed Graduates, to demand solutions for their professional and social situations. Organizers described a violent security intervention when some demonstrators attempted to cross security barriers, leading to three arrests. Protestors refused to leave Kasbah Square until their arrested colleagues were released.

After the Kasbah events, the demonstrators marched towards Habib Bourguiba Avenue, where they declared their intention to continue their movement with an open sit-in.
