The Ivorian Football Federation FIF officially announced on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, the appointment of French coach Herv茅 Jean-Marie Roger Renard as the head coach of the C么te d'Ivoire national A team. The FIF stated that this decision reflects its desire to "consolidate the achievements obtained by the national A team in recent years, while pursuing the ambitions assigned to Ivorian football on the African and international stages."
