Former DAGE of the Primature denies Ousmane Sonko's statements regarding 3 billion CFA francs case
Macodou Sène, the former Director of General Administration and Equipment DAGE of the Primature, has publicly denied claims made by Prime Minister Ousmane Sonko concerning the management of 3 billion CFA francs. Speaking on TFM, Sène stated that he never managed special funds or funds exempt from justification procedures. He challenged anyone claiming otherwise to provide proof, asserting that all funds he managed were subject to justification and that records exist. Furthermore, Sène contradicted Sonko's version of events by stating that the Prime Minister never directly questioned him about these funds. He also denied ever asking Sonko to consult the former Minister of Finance and Budget, Cheikh Diba, regarding political or special funds, as he had no knowledge of their existence.
