Al Ahly secures largest sponsorship deal in its history with Vodafone
Al Ahly, also known as the Club of the Century, has officially announced its largest sponsorship agreement to date, with Vodafone becoming its official sponsor for the next four years. The unveiling ceremony took place at the Pyramids of Giza. Attendees included Minister of Youth and Sports Gohar Nabil, Mohamed Yehia Lotfy, Chairman of Sports United, Mahmoud El Khatib, President of Al Ahly SC, and Mohamed Abdallah, CEO of Vodafone Egypt. The event also saw the presence of Al Ahly legends, prominent Egyptian sports figures, and senior executives from Sports United and Vodafone. This agreement builds on the existing partnership between Al Ahly and Sports United, which has focused on increasing revenues in Egyptian sports through investments, marketing strategies, and media coverage via the ON Sport network. The deal aims to generate greater commercial returns for Egyptian sports institutions and highlights Sports United's commitment to marketing projects that reflect Al Ahly's influence domestically, continentally, and internationally.
