Palestinian Authority states Gaza ceasefire's second phase remains unimplemented amid ongoing Israeli operations

Presidential spokesperson Nabil Abu Rudeineh reported that Israeli authorities are continuing a "comprehensive war" against the Palestinian people, citing the deaths of 18 people in the Gaza Strip despite the ceasefire announcement. Abu Rudeineh described the agreement as having failed to end fighting or protect Palestinians, calling it "an agreement on paper and death on the ground."
