OFNAC identifies nine key figures linked to Ousmane Sonko and Bassirou Diomaye Faye for non-declaration of assets

Nine positions, linked to the Presidency of the Republic and the National Assembly, are listed for non-compliance. The Executive branch accounts for the majority of these delays, with seven positions identified within the Presidential Palace or its affiliated agencies and commissions. These include the personal representative of the head of state to the International Organization of La Francophonie, the Special Envoy of the President of the Republic, and the director of the Presidential Protocol Service.

Also cited are the Administrative and Financial Director of the Personal Data Protection Commission, the administrative and financial manager of the National Committee of the Initiative for Transparency in Extractive Industries, the director of support services and finance of the Telecommunications and Post Regulatory Authority, and the Deputy Director General of the Agency for the Promotion of Investments and Major Works. Within the Legislative branch, OFNAC noted two high-level positions in the National Assembly Bureau: the eighth vice-president and the former third vice-president. OFNAC clarified that while the former third vice-president is no longer subject to the declaration requirement, no declaration was made during their tenure.

Conversely, OFNAC emphasized that all current governme
