Libyan Experts Forum concludes with recommendations for national development
The first Libyan Experts Forum, organized by the Ministry of Labor and Rehabilitation in cooperation with the Libyan Authority for Scientific Research, concluded in Tripoli with a set of recommendations aimed at transforming visions and expertise into practical programs and projects. Key recommendations included expediting the "Digital Addressing Platform" project, completing the digitized transfer of real estate ownership documents, and establishing a national office to monitor strategic projects. In the health sector, recommendations focused on localizing treatment, forming national committees for cancer treatment and stem cell transplantation, and introducing robotic surgery. Economically, the forum recommended expediting the Libya-Africa Corridor project, activating integration into the African Continental Free Trade Area, modernizing airport and seaport infrastructure, and establishing an independent electricity regulatory authority. Other recommendations included forming a national committee for waste-to-energy projects, developing a national strategy for artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, and aligning curricula with the digital labor market.
