
Libya's General Union of Chambers chairman meets Japanese Parliamentary Vice-Minister in Misrata
Mohamed Al-Raied, Chairman of Libya鈥檚 General Union of Chambers of Commerce, hosted Onishi Yohei, the Japanese Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs, and his delegation in Misrata on Tuesday, August 4. The meeting, also attended by Japan's Ambassador to Libya, Shimura Izuru, and other officials, aimed to strengthen bilateral relations, discuss economic cooperation, and explore new investment opportunities between Libya and Japan. The General Union of Chambers stated that the visit sought to support development and foster partnership, with discussions reflecting the depth of Libyan-Japanese relations and emphasizing continued coordination and effective partnerships between institutions in both countries.
