Speaker Wetang'ula reveals MPs selling TSC teacher employment letters from State House

He stated that President Ruto provides individual MPs with up to ten TSC letters each, intended to facilitate teacher employment for their constituents. However, Wetang'ula alleged that some legislators are monetizing these letters, charging up to Ksh 400,000, instead of distributing them to deserving candidates. This revelation sparked public outrage, with many Kenyans questioning the legality and fairness of distributing TSC jobs through political networks at State House rather than through competitive, merit-based public processes.
