King Ereso attributes international art recognition to faith, discipline, and long-term strategy

Ereso emphasizes consistent effort and self-improvement, drawing inspiration from his Edo heritage and the history of the Benin Kingdom, incorporating Ankara-inspired fashion and his signature teal palette. He believes staying authentic to his Nigerian roots makes his art universally resonant.

Ereso dismisses the idea that recurring elements like teal and Ankara are mere symbols, viewing them as personal expressions of identity. He credits Kontroversial Studios for helping him develop a structured, long-term strategy, enabling him to focus on art creation and build relationships with galleries.
