Katsina governor, DSS Director-General advocate for enhanced collaboration against North-West insecurity

Speaking at the second North-West Zonal Conference of State Directors of Security in Katsina, Governor Radda, represented by his deputy Malam Faruk Jobe, highlighted that Katsina State has seen improved security through combined kinetic and non-kinetic measures, moving from persistent attacks to greater stability. He emphasized investing in non-kinetic approaches, including free medical care for banditry victims and prioritizing agriculture to strengthen livelihoods.
