Egypt's Health Ministry contacts Kuwait and Lebanon to offer medical assistance

Following directives from President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, Egypt's Minister of Health and Population, Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, held separate phone calls with the Ministers of Health of Kuwait and Lebanon. Dr. Abdel Ghaffar contacted Dr. Ahmed Abdel Wahab Al-Awadhi, Minister of Health of Kuwait, to inquire about the health situation and affirmed Egypt's readiness to provide health support. He also spoke with Dr. Rakan Nasser El-Din, Minister of Public Health of Lebanon, expressing solidarity and offering to send specialized Egyptian medical teams to bolster healthcare services. Both Kuwaiti and Lebanese ministers expressed gratitude for Egypt's initiative, with Lebanon confirming that a list of its health needs would be sent to Egypt for review and fulfillment. The Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population stated that these communications reflect the strong fraternal relations and ongoing health cooperation between Egypt, Kuwait, and Lebanon.
