BRVM sees over 15 billion FCFA exchanged in one week
The Bourse R茅gionale des Valeurs Mobili猫res BRVM recorded over 15 billion FCFA in exchanges during the week of August 24-28, 2026. This follows a record week from August 17-21, 2026, where more than 15.5 billion FCFA was transacted. The BRVM also achieved a historic market capitalization of over 20,000 billion FCFA. Earlier in August, from the 10th to the 14th, transactions exceeded 12 billion FCFA with rising indices. The BRVM has consistently shown positive performance, with its indices trending upwards, indicating a healthy financial market within the UEMOA region.
