
Iliman Ndiaye set to join Tottenham Hotspur, Richarlison to return to Everton in separate deals
Iliman Ndiaye, previously linked with Arsenal and Manchester City, is reportedly close to signing with Tottenham Hotspur. According to journalist David Ornstein, an agreement in principle has been reached between Tottenham and Everton for the transfer of the Senegalese international. In a separate transaction, Brazilian forward Richarlison is expected to move from Tottenham back to Everton. Tottenham pursued Ndiaye after missing out on Cody Gakpo, who joined Manchester City. The Spurs' recruitment team, under coach Roberto De Zerbi, reportedly secured the agreement with Everton quickly. Ornstein clarified that these are two independent transfers, not a player exchange. Both deals, involving the 26-year-old Senegalese international and the 29-year-old Brazilian, are pending personal terms and medical examinations. Ndiaye joined Everton from Olympique de Marseille in 2023 for approximately 15 million pounds and has since made 73 appearances, scoring 17 goals and providing 4 assists. Everton had reportedly sought around 80 million pounds for his transfer, with Manchester City also showing interest. Richarlison's move marks a return to Everton, where he played for four seasons before joining Tottenham in 2022 for about 60 million pounds.
