Chinese investor Han Ke seeks KSh 110 million compensation from mining firm over alleged false death declaration

Han, a founding director, claims official records were manipulated to present him as dead, which his legal team states was then used to interfere with his ownership and directorship rights. His lawyers further allege that individuals linked to the company colluded with corrupt immigration officials to facilitate this purported declaration. Beyond financial compensation, Han is seeking a public apology from Chuanshan, restoration of his rights and status within the company, and a court order to allow him to return to Kenya freely.
