The investigating magistrate has decided to continue the investigation. He challenged this revocation in the commercial court, which annulled the decision, citing a failure to respect the legal notice period for summoning associates. Athie also initiated proceedings for the company's liquidation, which is still pending, and requested access to Aby's Garden's surveillance camera footage, a request that was denied.
