Nigeria's Junior Yellow Greens achieved a seven-wicket victory against hosts Rwanda in their third match of the ICC U-19 Men's Cricket World Cup Division 2 qualifiers. Playing at the Gahanga Main Oval in Kigali, Nigeria dismissed Rwanda for 79 runs in 23.1 overs and then successfully chased the target, scoring 84 for three in 15.2 overs. This win strengthens their bid for a return to Division One. Emmanuel Oladejo, Abdullahi Ismail, and Keneth Boniface each took three wickets, with Boniface earning Player of the Match for his all-round performance. Captain Ali Rahmon and Hossana Omonkhobhio established a 46-run opening partnership, with Rahmon scoring 24 and Omonkhobhio contributing 18. Peculiar Egemasi added an unbeaten 19, and Boniface sealed the win with an unbeaten 7. The Junior Yellow Greens are currently third in the standings with four points and a 1.531 net run rate, with two matches remaining against Mozambique U-19 and Sierra Leone U-19.
