Deputy Amadou Bâ, a member of the Pastef parliamentary group, cited Article 109 of the National Assembly's Internal Regulations, which sets the deadline for the head of government to present the DPG. This provision mandates that the DPG must be delivered "no later than three months after the Government takes office." The text requires the Prime Minister to appear before deputies to outline the main orientations and priorities of his governmental actions.

Article 109, found in Chapter XXI of the Internal Regulations, also governs the procedure for this deadline, specifying that the National Assembly must be informed at least eight days before the scheduled date for the DPG presentation. Following Deputy Amadou Bâ's reminder, the regulatory deadlines are now particularly significant. Prime Minister Ahmadou Al-Aminou Lo is expected to present his roadmap and detail his government's main priorities to the national representation.
