President Bassirou Diomaye Faye announces several appointments following Cabinet meeting

At the Presidency of the Republic, Mouhamed Mactar Loum, Inspector of Labor and Social Security, was named Secretary General of the General Delegation for Religious Affairs. Within the Ministry of Economy, Finance, and Planning, Aliou Ndiaye, Planning Advisor, was appointed Secretary General. Babacar Toure, a specialist in Banking, Finance, and Risk Management, became Director General of Financing and Debt, with Amadou Sow, Principal Treasury Inspector, as Deputy Director General.

Other appointments in this ministry include Balla Niass as Director of Audit and Internal Control, Alioune Diouf as Director of Capital Markets, Amadou Bao as Director of Bilateral and Multilateral Financing, Papa Moda Loum as Director of Structured Financing and Export Credits, Serigne Cheikh Mbeguere as Director of Financing Monitoring, and Moussé Ndoye Sow as Director of Debt and Risk Management. Thierno Sadou Diallo was appointed Director of General Administration and Equipment, replacing Cheikh Abdou Lahat Mbacke Sarr, who was moved to other duties. Abdoul Alpha Dia was named Director of Human Resources, replacing Thierno Sadou Diallo.
