PPS proposes a "Dignity Pact" for 2026 elections with 575 billion DH investment

The plan includes 220 commitments and 996 measures, projecting 575 billion dirhams in additional spending over five years, 622 billion in additional revenue, and a cumulative surplus of 47 billion. Nabil Benabdallah, Secretary General of the PPS, emphasized the program's focus on human development, public services, employment, social protection, and institutional reform. Key proposals include 47 billion DH for healthcare, aiming to add 15,000 doctors, 33,500 nurses, and 9,000 hospital beds, while extending health insurance to 8.5 million previously excluded individuals by 2028.

For education, 118 billion DH is allocated to recruit 18,000 teachers annually and build 30,000 classrooms. The party also targets creating one million jobs in five years, reducing unemployment to under 10%, and increasing the female activity rate to 25%. The program suggests a 15% increase in minimum wages and civil servant salaries, a 1,000 DH monthly social shield, and a 1,000 DH back-to-school allowance per child for low-income households.
