Morocco's U17 women's football team won the bronze medal at the 2026 Mediterranean Games in Brindisi, Italy, on Monday, August 31, 2026. The team defeated Slovenia 3-1 in the classification match. Nesma Mouradi opened the scoring for Morocco in the 15th minute, followed by Anissa Hamdania in the 69th minute, and Leila Boushaba sealed the victory with a goal in the 78th minute. This marks the second bronze medal for Moroccan football at the Mediterranean Games in Taranto, following the U20 men's national team's bronze win on Sunday. The Moroccan delegation has added five new medals to its tally, including three gold, through performances in athletics, show jumping, and tennis.
