Minister of Youth Development urges Nigerian youths to build their future

Speaking at the launch of Christopher Olusa's book, "No More Future: Why Waiting Is Over, What to Build Instead," Olawande, represented by his Special Adviser on Special Duties, Dotun Omoleye, stated that the time for waiting for the government or perfect conditions was over. He emphasized that the nation's greatest asset lies within its young people and that the country possesses potential, but sometimes lacks the collective courage for youth to stop waiting and start building. The Minister highlighted that the "Renewed Hope Agenda" has opened new opportunities and that while the Ministry will provide platforms, capital, and training, the responsibility for building their future rests with the youth.

Ifeoluwa Ehindero, Chairman, House Committee on Nigerian Education Loan Fund, echoed this sentiment, urging young Nigerians to actively create the future they desire rather than passively waiting.
