Minister Abdourahmane Diouf criticizes Ousmane Sonko over special credits bill

In contrast, Diouf praises the Executive's amendments, which reintroduce "the preservation of social order" and "humanitarian values, mutual aid, and solidarity," concluding that "Where the Assembly excludes, the Executive includes."
