Former Minister Salakae denies allegations of transferring millions to siblings
Former Transport and Infrastructure Minister Noah Salakae has refuted claims that he transferred millions of pula to his siblings. Speaking to his constituents in Gantsi, Salakae stated that the Directorate on Corruption and Economic Crime DCEC has not provided any evidence to substantiate these allegations, despite months of investigation. He highlighted the inconsistency in the alleged amounts, which have varied between P3 million and P10 million. Salakae emphasized that investigators have failed to produce bank records, transfer documents, or statements from the supposed beneficiaries to support their claims.
