He is an honored guest of Ivorian President Alassane Ouattara for the country's 66th independence anniversary celebrations on August 7. The presidential couple was welcomed by C么te d'Ivoire's Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Nial茅 Kaba. President Nguema will participate in official ceremonies alongside several African heads of state and government. This invitation highlights the strong cooperative, friendly, and fraternal relations between Libreville and Abidjan, and a shared desire to strengthen these ties.
