Morocco's U20 national team, known as the Atlas Cubs, has learned their opponents for the upcoming Union of North African Football UNAF tournament, which serves as a qualifier for the next U20 Africa Cup of Nations. The draw, conducted on Wednesday, placed Morocco in a single group with Tunisia, Algeria, Egypt, and Libya. The competition will take place in Egypt from September 24 to October 6, 2026. The Atlas Cubs will play their first match on September 27 against Tunisia at the Suez Canal Stadium. They will then face Algeria on September 30, also at the Suez Canal Stadium, followed by a match against host nation Egypt on October 3 at the same venue. Their final game will be against Libya on October 6 at Ismailia Stadium. The tournament format is a single-phase championship, with each team playing four matches. This tournament follows the Mediterranean Games in Taranto 2026, where the young Moroccan team reached the semi-finals.
