Egypt's Foreign Minister emphasizes Iraq's stability for Arab and Egyptian national security
Egypt's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates Badr Abdelatty stated on August 5, 2026, that Iraq's stability is crucial for Arab and Egyptian national security. Abdelatty highlighted the strong Egyptian-Iraqi relations and expressed Egypt's interest in boosting cooperation in various sectors, including hosting the fourth session of the joint Egyptian-Iraqi Higher Committee in Cairo in 2027.
