Duma Boko intensifies stance against corruption, warns party members and public officials

Duma Boko, president of the Botswana National Front and leader of the Umbrella for Democratic Change, has declared an intensified stance against corruption. Speaking at a party gala dinner, Boko stated that his leadership will not tolerate any form of corruption and warned that no one, including party members and public officials, will be spared if found guilty of wrongdoing. He announced that a forensic audit report, expected by the end of the month, will be crucial in exposing malpractice within government structures. Boko emphasized that the fight against corruption must begin within the party itself, asserting that those who condemn corruption should not be involved in it.
