Karamba Diallo, a member of PASTEF and MONCAP Santé et Protection sociale, formally denied the communique dated April 15, 2026, stating it was not subject to prior consultation or validation by the regular bodies of MONCAP Santé et Protection sociale. He added that most members were not informed or involved in its drafting, nor in the announcement of a press briefing scheduled for April 17, 2026. According to Dr. Karamba Diallo, the communique reflects only the position of a small group acting on their own initiative, without the approval of the bureau or the entire membership. He believes the text cannot commit MONCAP Santé et Protection sociale or represent a consensual position of the organization. Several members have expressed disagreement with this approach within MONCAP's internal channels, denouncing a stance deemed non-inclusive and contrary to the collective operating principles of the movement.
