OFNAC identifies ministries with undeclared assets, including Finance, Interior, and Armed Forces
The National Anti-Fraud and Corruption Office OFNAC has released a provisional list of individuals who have declared their assets and those who have not. The Ministry of Economy, Finance, and Planning has the highest number of non-compliant individuals, including the State's judicial agent. The Ministry of Interior and its branches recorded 240 non-compliant individuals, primarily civil administrators. The Ministry of Armed Forces has 143 non-compliant individuals, including two generals. At the Presidency, 17 individuals have not yet complied, including Dr. Abdoulaye Niane, the general delegate of the Der/Fj. Two cases were noted at the Assembly: Racki Diallo, who has not yet made her declaration, and former third vice-president of the Assembly, Cheikh Thioro Mbacké, who OFNAC states never made his declaration despite no longer being subject to the requirement.
