Wendkouni Georges Évariste Tassembédo, an engineer in networks and IT maintenance, entrepreneur, business leader, and digital infrastructure expert, has been instrumental in the rise of information technology in Burkina Faso for over 23 years. He provides expertise in infrastructure solutions, cybersecurity, storage, virtualization, service continuity, and call centers to businesses, administrations, and large organizations. Through E-SERVICES SA, which he has led since 2011, Tassembédo strengthens Burkina Faso's technological capabilities, advocating for a national digital industry driven by Burkinabe companies. His educational background includes a degree in IT Engineering from the École Supérieure d’Informatique ESI of the Université Polytechnique de Bobo-Dioulasso in 2003, along with certifications like ITIL Foundation, data center infrastructure specializations, a Master's in Project Management, and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Development. After initial roles as a technical-commercial engineer, he joined SOFTNET Burkina, rising to Commercial and Marketing Director, gaining deep insight into the digital needs of public administrations, financial institutions, and private companies.
