Lamine Camara's transfer to Chelsea falls through at the last minute

Camara is now expected to remain with Monaco. Reports also suggest that Jorge Mendes's involvement in the Folarin Balogun case may have contributed to this outcome. Monaco had previously indicated a desire to keep the Senegalese player while remaining open to an exceptional offer.
